Fantastic fast fudge

Place chocolate pieces in the top part of adouble boiler + set over boiling water; heat + stir until chocolate pieces are melted; remove from heat.

Stir in sweetened condensed milk, salt e vanilla + mix only until smooth.

Turn into a wax paper- bend pan e press into a block about 1 inch thick, chill in refrigerator about 2 hours until firm. Remove pan from refrigerator e turn upside down on a cutting board. Peel off wax paper. Cut or shape fudge as desired
